Returns & Refunds Policy – Wicked AF

At Wicked AF, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare made from natural ingredients. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly. Please read our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

1. Change of Mind

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind — even if the product is unopened.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions.

 

2. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To lodge a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wickedaf.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

In some cases, we may request the item be returned before processing a refund or replacement.

 

3. Skin Reactions or Sensitivities

Wicked AF products are made from natural ingredients including beef tallow, manuka honey, and botanical extracts. As with any skincare product, we recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

We do not offer refunds for skin reactions unless the product is deemed faulty. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

 

4. Returns Process (If approved)

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address via email. For privacy and security reasons, we do not publish our return address publicly.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then get in touch with us at info@wickedaf.com if further assistance is needed
